Telkom LTE sales REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE

I did 2 online applications to get a Telkom ADSL line, but after waiting a total of 4 months without ANY feedback from them I received a phone call on 29 Jan 2016 from a Telkom sales person asking me if I am interested in a Telkom LTE product. I said yes, since it was clear that Telkom is never going to phone me to organize the ADSL line.<br> <br> The sales person told me I that will receive my router between 7 and 14 working days, so today on day 13 I phoned Telkom to ask them if they could tell me when my router will be delivered. I spoke to a nice lady called Thandeka and she told me that there is nothing on their system about an order for me and that I should phone their telesales company to find out from them. They also know nothing about me. <br> <br> They sent me a reference number per SMS, but apparently reference numbers means NOTHINIG at telkom, as nobody can track anything with the @#$@# reference number.<br> <br>
