Telkom LTE Router ****

I got a 60GB Telkom LTE Router for R459 per month which has been charging me R969 instead of the R459.

The first time (May 2020) I went to their Service Center at Maponya Mall they told me that the additional charges were installation fees and this month (1 September 2020) I is an additional R500 that was added to my subscription as emergency data.

When I wanted to cancel the Contract they want to charge me R800.00 cancellation fee, and these things were not explained to me when I signed fo the contract.

Who would take up an additional R500 Top Up on a R459 account anyways...
