Telkom LTE router not working

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received regarding my WiFi router. My internet has not been working since Friday, yet I received an SMS on Sunday stating that the issue has been resolved. This is very frustrating because my router is still not working, and I am left without internet access. I rely on this service, and it is unacceptable to be told the issue is fixed when it clearly is not. What makes this worse is that billing continues as normal, despite me not receiving the service I am paying for. I urgently request that this matter be properly resolved, and that someone investigates and fixes the issue as soon as possible.
