Telkom LTE router failing to connect to the Internet

I have app**** for LTE connection at Telkom on the 01 August and they delivered the router on the 22nd August.They had said it will work as soon as we switch it on and until today the router has no internet.We called their offices and they scheduled a technician to come and check the network connection. until today they have not come to my house to fix the connection they keep on cancelling and we are stuck with no internet in the house and we cant even work as we are working from home. Telkom technicians and employees are not assisting at all in helping to resolve the issue
