TELKOM LTE RENEWAL ISSUES

I recently renewed my LTE contract and in doing so I added a UPS device on the renewal. Ever since the order was delivered (incomplete) everything else has gone down hill. So I received a Huawei portable modem. No sim as I was supposed to just use old sim and NO UPS DEVICE!.. I then tried following up on the device, which every single consultant refuses to help, so I only used(TRIED TO) the modem a few days later to which I discover that sim is now not able to register on the network.

SO BY RENEWING I LOST MY INTERNET CONNECTION COMPLETELY AND BEING CHARGED FOR IT, 1. A MODEM I CANT USE; 2. A SIM THATS DEACTIVATED 3. UPS THAT NEVER ARRIVED.
