Telkom LTE (rather the lack thereof)

Telkom LTE must be the worst supported platform in the history of their internet products for home use. There is no direct number to get assistance, it seems like no one knows what LTE is and quickly gives you another number to dial, each person you talk to sounds more lost than the previous one. This is so frustrating, I wish we had multiple service providers in SA, once there is competition, the service level increases dramatically, but since Telkom is the only one "selling bread" I have no choice and have to wait until they decide to assist. I am so sick of this company.

Is there someone that can contact me for god's sake so that I can report my issue?
