Telkom LTE poor service

I have written a detailed comment on messenger to Hellopeter. Seriously unhappy about the poor performance of their LTE offering which fails to perform to spec when under load from many customers. Yet one still pays full price for a service that fails to perform to spec. Many of my applications fail to connect due to timeout failure. The only answer I get from their help line is that one of their towers are down for repairs with no timeline given. UNHAPPY. James Buske
