Telkom LTE - Paying for a service that doesn't wor****

My Telkom Lte has not worked properly since inception of our account almost a year ago. Despite an unbelievable amount of calls, emails and aggravation i have not been able to get any closer to resolving the issue. Further more i am held to ransom and have to pay a large cancellation fee to cancel a service that does not work. its amazing how Telkom refers to their "Free Me" packages, well i feel anything but free.
