Telkom LTE Pathetic Service

I upgraded on Black Friday to the 60GB Telkom LTE deal @ R399. I only received the Huwei home Router and had to call in a few times to receive the second Mifi Router. After I asked various consultants after I received the second router to make sure the billing is correct at R399 now the billing is for two different packages @ R618.89. The service is pathetic and want this rectified because calling telkom does not solve anything.
