TELKOM LTE - PATHETIC IN VAAL

Hello, I live in the Vanderbijlpark area and been having problems with my LTE link to my home for several months. Reported the poor signal many times to Telkom call centre. a few times the case was closed without an investigation. the times Telkom investigated proved useless as they themselves cannot solve the problem. My last call was around March 2020 and the latest is that the tower my home wifi feeds of has been vandalized and that it would be repaired at the end of July. This is the poorest service i have ever experienced, and the most ridiculous response i ever heard. The majority of the working class is working from home and dependant on the internet, and Telkom requires months to repair their tower!!!!!!. Telkom get your act together. The CEO of Telkom mobile, in his last article which I downloaded talks about retaining clients and that the mobile business has seen tremendous growth makes me wonder if he ever sees the number of disgruntled clients he has on this useless network. COVID19 may be a thing of the past and Telkom will still be trying to get their act together. PATHETIC SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!!!!!!!
