Telkom LTE order not arriving

I am not happy with the service I am receiving at Telkom. I have been a customer for more than 12 years. They downgraded my DSL internet from 10 mbs to 30kb's without informing me. When I called they said DSL is no longer supported in my area. I then gave them go ahead to migrate me to LTE and I have been waiting for my order for more a month now. There is absolutely no sense of urgency, they don't care about their customers. If Telkom is closing shop they must tell us so that we can move to other service providers. This poor customer service at best. The least Telkom can do is to look after loyal customers because there are many suppliers out there.
