Telkom LTE Offline 85% of the time, it's reliably UNRELIABLE!!!

I recently got Telkom's 40Gig/40Gig(night) LTE data package 2 months ago, and my internet connectivity has been **** **** ****!!! Its offline 85% of the time, and when it is back online, it will either be decent for about an hour or so then go down again, or it will just be ridiculously slow it makes me wanna punch someone. When I hot spot via my phone's data (Vodacom) its always working, no hassle. Thank God it's a month to month contract a, as soon as the lockdown is lifted, im dropping Telkom
