Telkom lte not working

<p>On 2016/07/06 my wifi Internet at home just didn't work. I called in the next day. A guy by the name of Ben was very helpful. He gave me a case number: ********** 2 & said someone would call me the next day. I waited for this call but no 0ne called. Still till today 2016/07/09 I am unable to use my wifi Internet. I'm paying a month to month cotract which does not carry over to the next month. I think this is unfair towards me. I want to be given those data I didn't get to use. Please someone do something. </p>
