Telkom LTE not living up to what is promised.

<p>I aquired the Telkom LTE uncapped package. Since i received it, i have had endless problems. Firstly i was getting terrible speeds, and so was my neighbour, after endless attempts by both of us, my neighbour basically managed to get the main tester to his house, and he reiterated what we thought the problem was, it was the tower. That was sorted the next day, after 2 months of battling.It worked great for about 2 weeks. Now every night after 7pm the latency on my LTE is over 200ms and my download drops speeds too, it is once again, as is everything with Telkom, unreliable! I use my LTE to game with and i can only game in the evenings as i work, now its basically impossible. Attached is an excerpt from the telkom website that states "no buffering, better latency"! With my current LTE status i would say this is false advertising. I am not the only one experiencing this. And please Telkom, i am tired of reading your responses that carry no weight, helpful information or solutions. So if you do respond please let it be with a solution.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
