Telkom LTE non existent

Telkoms LTE is not worth it, so far at the beggining if the month you get decent speeds, then by the middle, your speed drops to less than 50kbs, so you can't do anything. you call and they want you to reset your modem, etc, which i have done. I have been paying for internet and have not had use of that since saturday, the same last month. My friend that lives around the corner has no issues, but for reason i do. Can this be escalated and sorted out quickly, otherwise i want to cancel my contract.
