Telkom LTE no assistance and ***** my money

I have tried many times to get telkom out to my house to sort out my LTE internet I have called and logged the case with them last week Friday with no joy,now I get a sms from them telling me it's been resolved but I have not even heard from a tech nor Telkom themselves and my internet is still not working so my question now is how is it been resolved when no one has been to my home and has not contacted me and next how will they credit me with having no internet access since I first logged the call,I am very upset and would rather look for another service provider than Telkom. My account has been debited from Telkom they are quick to take money from people bt are never quick to help as far as I know they are now *****ing money from me
