Telkom lte network

I took an 24 month Lte contract with Telkom February 2021 the network was working fine till December 2021 since December I'm having problem with telkom network. Also i bought a pocket router also last year using their lte sim but since January 2022 the is no network and i bought lte data that expires in 60 days without being used due to Telkom network issues. They can't blame the area for not having coverage as i have Lte router at home and pocket router that I'm traveling with in different locations but still no coverage.
