Telkom LTE modem shambles

I have the most frustrating experience with Telkom. I ordered a LTE modem in January. When the delivery came, the box contained 2 LTE modems. I am trying since January to return one of these unused modems, since I am being charged for 2 instead of 1 contracts. What a useless bunch! I keep logging calls and nothing happens.
