Telkom LTE mobile speed not as claimed

When sales person sold the LTE mobile with router to our company based in Jetpark he claimed very fast connections up to at least 40MB/s down load and at least 5-10MB/s upload speeds. currently with last speed test that I ran this morning it was 2.24MB/s download and 0.02MB/s upload. When phoning in to ask for assistance on the problem there is no help provided just telling us to purchase an additional booster for their network that no one has an idea of where to purchase the booster. Purchasing a booster wasn't part of our initial idea upon installing the system as our ISP solution was based on the info given from the salesman.
