Telkom LTE line still not cancelled and being billed

<p>I am beyond fed up with Telkom, I have been asking for them to cancel my LTE as per reference number ‭ ********** 27‬a for nearly two months and yet no one has got back to me and they keep billing me!!!!! I will be going to the bank to reverse my money back because this is unacceptable and unfair of them to take advantage, I had also updated my cell number so there is no reason to say they could not get hold of me!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Fix this Telkom or I will be taking it further, the CPA will be of assistance in this case </p>
