Telkom LTE line cancellation

<p>i took out a Telkom LTE package. The device was sent to me. Upon receiving the device I contacted them&nbsp;to inform we would be relocating and he informed that our new address would not have access to the package and line. As the device was already on its way to me he advised that he would arrange for the courier to collect it again. The device was collected on the third day upon receiving it. I emailed him&nbsp;and everything would be cancelled apperantly. I was then debited. I returned the debit and stopped all debit orders. I contacted the call centre who informed me that there were cancellation papers to be completed. I advised them that you activated the line informed that all would be fine and the device had since been collected. A technician was not even sent out to set up the line and activate it. Still to this day 5 months later I am still being billed and no response has been revived except that they&nbsp;was going to sort this out. How can I be liable and billed if I gave the instruction to the agent to cancel before even receiving the device plus the device was collected and I had no benefits or use of it. I expect a response and for this case to be closed within 24hours. Your service is other if from your agents as well as your call centre and records. I have all emails on record as proof unlike Telkom.&nbsp;</p>
