Telkom LTE (Let's Torture Everyone)

I ordered the new LTE deal with Telkom where the first 150GB of data is at 10MB/s, the next 50GB is at 4MB/s and then the remaining is uncapped at 2MB/s. The initial 150GB is at full speed, but as soon as I've reached that cap, I drop below 0.5MB/s. Each time I log a call it gets closed within a day or two, with no resolution. When I call in, nobody can help me, but my favourite was being told that next time the guys are working on the tower, they will give me a call. Hilarious. It was a nightmare canceling my ADSL just to get this less than mediocre service. I'll be canceling my LTE first thing Monday and using ANYBODY else. R900 a month and I've had to load airtime on my phone to write this review because the service is so slow.. which is currently meant to be on 4MB/s. Ridiculous
