Telkom LTE it never works

My Mom got a contract with Telkom early January 2018, she was told it will be activated in February which it was, yet no data after calling Telkom a lot of time trying to get it sorted either no response or making me call different numbers and explaining the issue over and over.

finally someone managed to help us, but after a week no data again, we called them and issue resolved then after a few days no data AGAIN called all the numbers but still no luck.

Telkom debits her every month yet she does have the pleasure of LTE, Telkom can’t help her or not willing to help... every time you call and after waiting years for someone to answer you get told we need to call a other number.

now she has a 2 year contract and having issues as such REALLY Telkom. don’t go for Telkom LTE it never works
