TELKOM LTE ISSUES- NO FEEDBACK- STAFF TOO BUSY OR NEVER COME BACK TO YOU.

LTE wifi connection issues always from random times( Most times from 8pm-11pm) past 6months. Router is in good condition...tested at local telkom shop. When you attempt to phone TElkom. NOONE answers....or takes 30min to get a call answered. When you do manage to get somebodys attention they always dont know what the problem is and nobody gets back to me about the issue. I mean its very easy for Telkom to take your money end of every month but NEVER there to fixi your issues. TELKOM If nothing gets resolved within this month i am cancelling my contract IMMEDIATELY. USELESS STAFF working for them. DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!!!

I DONT CONSIDER ANYBODY USING TELKOMS SERVICES FOR ANY INTERNET USE. YOU ARE WASTING YOU TIME, MONEY, PATIENCE AND LIFE.
