Telkom LTE is not worth it!

Hi.

I have made numerous attempts to reach out for assistance to Telkom... with no luck. I have a Smart Broad Band Wireless 3 uncapped package. I was meant to wait for this package in order to guarantee stable and moderate to high speed connection. I know receive approximately 0.8Mbps. This is from the start to the end of the month which means FUP has not yet kicked in. I cannot execute my work effectively with such speed. My area also does not have fibre (have requested numerous times but no joy). At one point someone at Telkom my speed is such because I am a 'heavy' user. Why would I take an uncapped package if I was a light user? I also changed my router settings which does nothing for the speed and stability of the line. I want to understand if the terms of my contract had been changed without my knowledge, or is Telkom LTE really actually that poor. Why the false advertising? "Up to 100Mbps... I'm not even using 10% of the promise. I am really disappointed in Telkom.
