Telkom LTE is absolutely pointless

I've been on a Telkom LTE package for a number of years with not a lot of issues to be honest. For the past couple of weeks my connection has been so bad that I am not even able to have a Zoom call. All my work happens online, so this is now literally negatively impacting with my livelihood.

Getting in touch with a Telkom agent is near impossible, so the issue persists. I'm of course also unable to cancel the service because I'm on a 2 year contract and there's no way in the world that I'm going to get fibre through Telkom.

Telkom, if you cannot provide the service that your customers are paying for then at the very least allow us to cancel the service completely.
