Telkom Lte is a lie

About a month ago my wife and I took out a telkom 100 gig plus 100 gig Contract from telkom, before we took the contract we checked coverage and the telkom site showed we were covered for up to 90mbs. Since we took the contract we have never received speeds of more then 2mbs. We have phoned the call centers on numerous times and all they can tell us is that it has been escalated someone will contact us. It has been a month and no one has contacted us. Why should I pay for a service I am not receiving.
