Telkom LTE is a JOKE, useless service consultants for a simple request.

I have had a Telkom LTE Account for 21 months now without any issues.

I have been sitting on my phone more 3 hours now trying to get through to customer service to get assistance with my connection being unstable.

I have gotten through to 3 consultants where

1. Took my details then told me that Telkom are experiencing software issues and asked me if I would mind holding while the system restarts. I obviously said no problem just to have the phone hung up on me.

2. Get through to a consultant to just hear people talking in the background and no one trying to assist me. I held on for a couple of minutes and then hung up as I have been waiting my own money to phone you.

3. One again get through, after holding for 30 mins, just to once again hear someone in the background but no one talking to me. Just sitting on the phone making little noises as the consultant moves but does not talk to me or respond.

I have been advocating telkom LTE to everyone who asks me about the product but if this is how you solve issues I will cancel my subscription when i reach 24 months.
