Telkom LTE Internet so slow it doesn't exist
<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am paying R999 for a LTE service which doesnt exist, for the last 2months i can't do anything, i replaced my router and everything, the fault is on telkoms side and i can't get it fixed or get a hold of them. I am paying for nothing. My google takes 15min just to try and open and i can't browse anything or stream. Nothing! I am thinking telkom is shaping and throttling me to a complete stop on a capped service. Do i need to cancel my service with telkom or will this be fixed as i have had non stop issues with telkom since day 1.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank You</p>
My brother has the same package and he has had no problems at all, he has download speeds of 36mb to 60mb, i have speeds of 5kb-10kb on a LTE service of which i just get 3G service which is was always fine, but for the last 2months it is so slow it doesn't actually exist, thats how slow and bad it is. I can't do anything on the internet.
This is the worst service from any provider I have ever dealt with and I'm really considering cancelling my account and rather have no internet then paying for something im not getting and warning everybody against this *****ing company called Telkom and their service because their is no service and they want your money but don't care if you are getting what your paying for.
