Telkom LTE internet line speeds are **********. *****!! *******!!

My wife and I purchased an LTE uncapped 10mbps internet line from Telkom 3months ago at a premium rate of R899pm. Telkom assured us the line will be a stable 10mbps line however we have experiencing endless nightmares on this unstable line. During a pandemic where working from home is a norm for most, it doesn't help when telkom is providing ****py service on their call centres 10210. You have to call n wait 15mins for a consultant who will ask you basic naive questions about resetting ur line. Calling out IP addresses to test a line that we already have the education levels of testing ourselves. We downloaded a speed testing app from Google play and we can test our lines anytime we feel our lines are slow. From 1am to roughly 5pm the lines are generally quick but from 6pm to 10pm the lines are down to a ridiculous 0.40mbps. It buffers so much that u put off watching any movies or soccer games due to this unbearable speed levels. Today I logged two calls on 10210 and the 2nd time round the consultant put me on hold and never came back on the line to log a call with the technicians of the fixed line department to restore stability to my internet line. My issues are that we signed a 2yr contract with Telkom and within 3months we are deeply concerned by the lack of service from the call centre and the false advertising of telkom who are not disclosing the truth on their unstable internet lines. I need a technician to call me back with feedback to my internet line. This cannot be the case everyday. Every afternoon the speeds are down to below 1mbps. Every day!! Telkom are *****!! I want my money back!! We had enough of this *********** company.
