Telkom LTE - Impossible to connect Internet Service !!

My next review relates to Telkom DSL Router - R999.00 down the drain! After accepting that the DSL line is cancelled, to date 05/12/2018, we are struggling to get Telkom to instate the new LTE Internet Service. My Dad calls them and has been pushed from pillar to post. He has been told it is as easy as activating this service telephonically but nothing happens. Sick and tired of Telkom and want to cancel this Internet Service. Completely *********** and unhelpful.
