TELKOM LTE IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL

We have cancelled the Telkom LTE contract in June. Gave one month's notice and completed the correct documentation. We also went to an actual Telkom branch to process the cancellation. To date this has still not happened ! We have received about three different reference numbers. None of which are on their system when you query the cancellation. We now stopped the debit order at the bank. Which they do not accept and they are billing in arrears now. If you follow their process with their references why can you not cancel the contract !!! Very bad service. No one confirms anything and if you call with your reference it is still not logged as cancelled.
