Telkom LTE has 0mbps Upload Speed

In general my LTE is great but for weeks now I have had perfect download but 0.0mpbs upload speed which makes using the internet impossible.

In my whole life in IT I have never seen something such as this occur. I logged a case and 72hours later they escalate it and now I am stuck in queue for them to fix it. They put all the wrong notes on it saying I have no signal, etc but I am not going to complain if the fault is on my end. I have tried EVERYTHING to fix it from my side but it takes weeks to go to a tower to fix it. I have asked them to provide feedback but still no word.

I stream gaming videos for a living and without internet I am *****ed. I lost almost 4k in revenue because I cannot stream without upload speed. I have phoned about 200min so there is a bill aswell

I am appalled by the lack of service in this regard and they want to debit me on the 5th of every month for something I cannot use.
