Telkom LTE Extremely Slow

Having trouble with Telkom LTE for 3 weeks now, extremely slow, having trouble getting hold of Telkom. Every time we try to log a fault on the Telkom app it logs us out. We have been on Telkom LTE for 3 years and this is the slowest it's ever been. How can we get this resolved?
