Telkom LTE doesn't exist after we renewed our contact to a high Gig bundle, still living in the same area!

<p>I'm only giving the rating of 1 becuase their is no 0, because that is how pathetic their service and Wifi is!</p> <p> </p> <p>We have been on Telkom for two and a half years and since we upgraded our account we don't have a reliable line at all!!!! We have emailed and called numerous times and NO rebooting the rooter does not fix the fact that Telkom is not giving us what we are paying for!!!! We are still waiting on response to emails! Looks like the only thing Telkom is good with is their debit orders on the end of the month. This six's months is so unpleasant and I will not ever promote you to anybody if this is how you treat your existing clients!</p> <p>I don't just want a call from them or a reference nr they so freely give out, I want this matter resolved as I'm sure telkom is breached their side of the contract!!! Six months of not being able to use our data from when we get home after 5 till late is just ridiculous and so unreliable, what is the point in having Wifi if it never works!!!!!!</p>
