TELKOM LTE DOES NOT WORK AND THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL ????????????????/

I have a month to month lte router that does not work I am trying to cancel it becuase it does not work . They want to bill me for July even though they failed to provide a service that does not throttle every 5 second ?????????????????????
