Telkom LTE does not work
Telkom LTE does not work. In afternoons Telkom's LTE is so slow that I cannot even do a speedtest. I have logged how many calls over the past 3 years. If they respond they say that they have done some "upgrades", when informed that there is no improvement, then eventually if they come back they say that they have to do an more upgrades which will take around 18 months. Management is not willing to contact me wrt their non delivery of service, always a call centre person that cannot/ will not escalate. After all of this still no improvement in LTE speeds.
