Telkom LTE device blocking sites and online games
<p>I am not able to access any of my online games as it seems i am blocked for some stupid reason. It worked yesterday but today i am not able to play any of my online games like Playerunknown's Battlegrounds and World of Warcraft. I have a LTE device on contract with Telkom and i would like to have this resolved asap. I have also noticed over the weekend that my LTE device is getting very slow speeds as my ping to Cape Town was between 300 to 400ms and the ping to the UK and US was in the 700ms range. I also found that i am not able to access sites like us.battle.net, www.playbattlegrounds.com and http://www.corsair.com/en-eu/downloads#download_form_20 just to name a few. But when i connect my phone as a hotspot (MTN) i can play these games with no problems. And to top all of this when i took the device to a Telkom store they told me they can't help me, what is the purpose of having a Telkom shop if they can't help u with anything accept giving you new contracts and stuff.</p>
