Telkom lte data disappearing

Every month data has been disappearing so this month I decided to keep an eye on my data loss. Windows 10 data usage shows Netflix 15.65gb and with the other apps total data usage is less than 20gg. Usage according to Telkom is about 70gb. Also conveniently all previous sms on my router has also disappeared. Telkom won't answer my calls. Is there not a Consumer Protection Act in place. Who holds Telkom accountable Who investigates such gross illegitimate and ********* acts.
