Telkom LTE data

Hi all It's with sad regards to this service provider that we pay for the service that we don't even consume yet there is no refund of any sort.

We work from home and give a trust to the network yet what we get is consultants that tells us the towers are down in the area but we don't have any communication towards that.

I have lost 6 days of connection from my house going out to the nearest library to get connected but I have a supposed Telkom WI Fi connection at home 🤷🏾♂️.

Paying for non service is becoming a norm in our country yet there is no good representative to sort the customers frustrations. I am being polite! and if there isn't any answer that makes sense either than towers are down yet calls are clear and no distractions I hope this is sorted ASAP for our business relationship sake.
