Telkom LTE Customer Service

I have been having issues with my Huawei LTE router. I am on the LTE uncapped account with Telkom. I have been trying to get hold of Telkom for the past 3 months, every day, getting put on hold for 3 hours waiting for a consultant and when I manage to get through to someone I get transfered over and over. No one seems to know whats going on! As I do not have a landline I have to resort to calling off my cellphone which has been incurring huge cellphone bills. I am now left with no answer, no help and no fix while paying for an internet contract while I have NO internet more than I actually do have! Where is the customer service??
