Telkom LTE contract - Still waiting

<p>I have app**** online for a LTE wifi service from Telkom.</p> <p>After a week suddenly they phoned and the application was finalized on the phone.</p> <p>I was told over the phone that my modem will be courierd between 5 and 8 days to my work adress.</p> <p>3 weeks later and I am still waiting.</p> <p>Now I tried to phone telkom 3 times. Each time I waited on the line for 30 min each time liserning to a horrid tune, but never got through. 1.5 hours of my life waisted in that way. </p> <p>Then I tried to use their |chat| function on their site a few times.... no one on the other side...</p> <p>I then tried to contact them via FaceBook, no joy</p> <p>I then used their site again, send over a period of 5 days 10 please call me back messeges.... no one even bothered to do that.</p> <p>I then tried to fill in their auto form on their site....5x asking Questions..... no received mails back.</p> <p>I then filed a complaint to their site.... zero call backs or even a e-mail back- nothing....</p> <p>I even tried to complete another online request for the deal, but the automated responce online states: you can not apply as you allready have done so.\</p> <p> </p> <p>So for 3+ weeks I am without internet. I can not get any responce from Telkom.</p> <p>I can not believe they are still up and running. What is this contrey coming to. Is this acceptable?.. holly hellfire...</p> <p> </p> <p>I am fedu with this. NEED answers so I can leave telkom and get other provider with service and can be reached. But I am worried I am going to other, then telkom in 6 months time deliver the modem and I an caught by paying the monthly fee I will not be needing as a result of their non contact.</p> <p>I ahve no idea whats going on... is my application proccessed, is the modem on it's way or do I have to wait another 9 months? Can I now go and get other profesional service provider to do my wifi connection... how do I cancel this deal?</p>
