Telkom LTE contract

Telkom acc *** charges me R230 for bouncing debit order suspend my line even though i have informed them that i have changed my banking details provided new bank account changes, i manualy paid my acc every month when i enguire i was told to pay R230 to bring my acc upto date while Telkom doesnt want to debit on the new acc
