Telkom LTE connection problems

Hello We are Teknosa Automotive Spares CC. We having Telkom LTE internet connection problems last 6 months. Internet connection always come down and come back. We are here big company and we always using fast email and fast online database traffic. Internet connection making us slow down. We losing to much money and even paying to much for internet (R1800 per month). We tried phone Telkom customer services and technical services but we can't get hold telkom support team. Basically we getting really to much issue in our system and database. When we went Telkom, when we need to fast internet, they did recommend us LTE telkom internet than we bought LTE telkom internet but its not connection properly. We really losing time and money. We are really stuck in bad internet services. Please help us HELLO PETER, we really appreciated. Thank you very much.
