Telkom LTE cancellation struggle

I have been trying to cancel my LTE contract with Telkom since November 2019, but still no luck. I have 3 REF numbers and every time I speak to a consultant they say they cant help me and that I have to cancel it online. I have cancelled it (online) a few times but still being billed every month.
