TELKOM LTE CANCELLATION -

Other than the struggles i have had with Telkom for 2 years - i have cancelled my service - their email notice states will get someone to contact you within 7 days - it's been more than a month - no revert - call their 10210 number - it will eat up all your airtime if you call them from your mobile phone= they DO NOT respond to your calls your emails - i am at my whits end with this company - All i need is a confirmation from telkom to say you have been cancelled and we will stop billing you.
