Telkom LTE busy on it's way out

For weeks the internet via Telkom LTE is so slow, or sometimes no signal at all. When visiting the branches the staff looks pretty uninterested in anyone's problems. Standard answer is that as far as they know there are no problems at all with the signal. I give them a 1 or 0, even a negative review.
