Telkom LTE bad service

I took out a LTE contract with Telkom dec 2018, January 2019 I noticed that the signal is bad ,some days I can't even check my emails, I reported it in January 2019. There was someone to check the problem in February 2019, they don't give feedback I had to constantly call for progress, currently in July 2019 still the same problem. I am paying for service i not really getting.
