Telkom LTE Bad service

<p>Good day</p> <p>This is my second review as i believe that the service i am receiving is shocking, Telkom has suspended my line due to wrong banking details and them not following up, so after my line got suspended i phoned them, on the 3rd of November to get this sorted, after confirming my Banking details twice they still don’t have my banking details right (i am with FNB they still have Capitec details) i went and did a manual payment to their account on the 15th (November) and it is now the 22nd and my line is still suspended, and every time i ask to speak to management the story is they won’t be able to help me(the gent i spoke to at 13:30 today) i have a reference number and everybody i spoke to said the will escalate it, Telkom is sending me Private replies on my reviews also telling me they are working on it, but No one is willing to help me, they got the money out of me, i have phoned my bank and it has been cleared so i really don’t understand why my line is not working, both ladies i dealt with at Telkom (Sithembile Mkhize and Nelisiwe Mkhize) said this will get resolved Nelisiwe(48Hours) Sithembile (72 Hours) and still nothing, it is now half a month and the sad thing is i know i am going to get billed the full month for no internet, please now could I get some help, is there anywhere I could go my next step is to go to the ombudsman to get some results.</p>
