Telkom LTE as bad as Telkom ADSL!!!
Switched from Telkom ADSL to Telkom LTE... service deteriorated in 1 month from 7mbs to around 0.5mbs. Waited 20 mins on 10210 after hanging up! It would seem that I jumped out of the frying pan into the pot. Anyone knows process to cancel my 24 month contract on the grounds of service that is not consistent with what I signed up for?
